Humana Military – TRICARE East

To our military families, we thank you for your service, and we are happy to be TRICARE providers. 
What’s covered: 3 visits or up to 6 hours of lactation support with one of our Lactation Consultants.
Just fill out our contact form and indicate that you have TRICARE insurance, and we will get you scheduled!

Health Savings Accounts

Looking to use your HSA account to pay for lactation services? We got you! We can accept HSA cards through our QuickBooks invoicing with a 3% fee.
 

Self-Pay

For those who are self-pay or owe balances not covered by insurance, we issue invoices via Quickbooks to pay electronically. Payment is due upon receipt.

The standard payment method is ACH (bank transfer) with no fee. Credit cards are accepted with 3% processing fee.

Cigna Healthcare

We are in-network providers with Cigna – most plans will pay 100% of your visits with us, however we do need to check your specific plan to verify eligibility.
What’s covered: A prenatal visit as well as unlimited postpartum visits.
Just fill out our contact form, indicate that you have Cigna insurance, and we will reach out to confirm your benefits!
 

United Healthcare (UHC) / UMR

We are in-network providers with UHC and UMR – most plans will pay 100% of your visits with us, however we do need to check your specific plan to verify eligibility.
What’s covered: A prenatal visit as well as unlimited postpartum visits.
Just fill out our contact form, indicate that you have UHC.UMR insurance, and we will reach out to confirm your benefits!

 

The Lactation Network

Through our partnership with TLN, we also provide services for patients with the following insurances:
  • Aetna
  • Humana PPO/POS
  • Multiplan (card has Multiplan logo)
  • PNOA (card has PNOA logo)
  • VA-CCN Optum East (referral required)
